About Me

I am experienced, motivated and self-initiative professional who is constantly looking for the new development opportunities among the area of management, IT and finance. I am enthusiastic team-player who believes that with hard work and dedication anything is possible.

Currently I hold a position of FSO Performance Improvement IT Senior Manager in EY Luxembourg. I have got an extensive experience with robotics, IT solutions (especially for alternative investments and regulatory reporting services) and process automation. My experience covers, but is not limited to, holding a position of a development and team leader of EY regulatory reporting and robotics engagements or supervision of the BNY Mellon AIS transfer agency departments. I was granted multiple awards for automated SQL, VBA and regulatory reporting solution. Furthermore, I am certified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.

I hold my executive MBA from Hult International Business School. I have studied and graduated from five different Universities in Poland, Germany, Ukraine and in the USA. I have obtained international experience working in Offices in Luxembourg, Ireland and Poland, completing my ERASMUS intern-ship in Scotland, working also in England and on Cyprus Island.

I am fluent both in English and Polish. Moreover, I speak German, Russian and Ukrainian at the intermediate level. I have also the basic proficiency in French.

I enjoy learning new things, facing new challenges and meeting new people. I always try to find improvement possibilities and that is why I have successfully implemented dozens of different automated solutions, robots, LEAN and process support solutions.
